A Feast of Sweets!

When Millie and I were asked to be a part of Meri Meri's 12 Days of Christmas virtual celebration, of course we said yes!  We loved the idea of combining their festive decorations with our tabletop treasures. Of course, Millie loved baking cookies and cupcakes with Meri Meri's charming baking supplies.

We are thrilled to introduce D. Porthault to our collection and this seemed like the perfect kick off!  Millie put on her D. Porthault Coeur Dress in pink and wrapped the glimmering cape that Meri Meri sent around her shoulders. We pulling out the matching tablecloth, our favorite Herend multicolor Chinese Bouquet Plates and the good silver and got to work!

These darling green scalloped napkins from Fenwick Fields were tied with a dainty ribbon and we added the dramatic gift tags, used here as place cards, from Meri Meri.  We added even more layers with Le Bazar Coastal's Peppermint Striped quilted placemats.

The center of the table was filled with treasure from Meri Meri's holiday collection, the baked sweets and treats that Millie made and bottle brush trees.  Each place setting got a Christmas Cracker from Meri Meri's Glitter collection.

The giant chocolate snowman that Lift Chocolates sent for the occasion looked right at home watching over the feast of sweets!

Party trick:  Line your trays with a layer of something edible to add a touch of color and style to your serving trays.  Millie chose to  line our serving trays here with red and pink sprinkles but you could also use coffee beans, coconut or anything that would make a nice base layer.
