Typically growing on the edge of woodland areas, hellebores are early bloomers, flowering from January to May. Rich in nectar and pollen, hellebore flowers offer fuel stops for early pollinators, their downward facing flowers providing shelter to visiting bumblebees from winter rain. The leaves of the hellebore are bold and evergreen, and as decorative as their magnificent flowers.
Throughout the festive season, they are wonderful potted decorations on tables and windowsills.
Trans-seasonal and nature-inspired, the linens are made from sustainably grown French Linen, with an entirely European supply route from flax to loom. The designing takes place in England, before the production brings the pieces to life in Lithuania.
The production is certified by OEKO-TEX® to ensure there are no harmful substances and all our fabrics are digitally printed, leaving minimal run off of dyes.
A mother and daughter team, Bertioli is the sibling brand of Thyme. Inspired by nature, they design simple, beautiful products for everyday living, that inspire a connection to the land and nourish both people and planet. Hand painted by Founder and Creative Director, Caryn Hibbert, all original prints depict the flora and fauna that inhabit Thyme’s garden, farm and wild spaces. The prints are then repeated by her husband, Jerry, before being scaled by their expert team in Lithuania onto beautiful, washed European linen.
